Tammy had a visitor just recently at the weight loss rehab facility. She was happy to see her friend Joshua Douglas and he was ready to share some photos of the two of them together. He shared some photos of the two of them together and tagged Tammy in them. He captioned the photos, “Literally the hottest girl in the world. Love you, Tammy!” These photos are the first ones that have been on her Instagram account in over a year. After fans saw them, they realized just how much weight she has lost.

Yes, she did get married after falling in love with Caleb Willingham at the facility and this could be making her happier too.
