Y&R Spoilers: Billy’s Breakup, Chelsea’s Move-In Invitation?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) relationship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is likely headed for a split. Even though as an Abbott, Billy’s likely to have plenty of money to get his own place, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) might offer him to move in with her.

Chelsea’s certainly grateful for Billy giving her support, saving her life and getting her help, but when she finds out he and Lily split she’ll probably feel guilty as well. She knows that Billy coming to her rescue all the time was getting between him and Lily, even though Lily tried to be patient; she accused him of a savior complex. So when Chelsea finds out they’re through and he begins moving into hotel suite, even if it is The Grand Phoenix, she might invite him to stay with her.

After all, staying at The Grand Phoenix could be awkward-Lily bought it from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) recently. There’s the athletic club, but why move there when she has room on her couch?

Y & R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Will Worry About Her Friend

Chelsea will worry about Billy, thinking of him being alone with his problems, because she remembers all too well his devastation over losing his little girl. Even though this is different, Billy went off the rails when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) accidentally ran over and killed Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono). Her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) received her corneas which kept him from being blind due to a genetic disease. Chelsea would tell him it doesn’t have to be permanent, just long enough for him to recover from the shock of the split and they could help each other with support. For that matter, Billy wouldn’t have to use the couch if this is on nights when Connor’s staying with his dad, he could sleep in his room.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Or Maybe It Could Be Permanent

With Billy and Chelsea both single and unattached, maybe their arrangement could be permanent, and he might be able to get them a nice place of their own. Adam may have a problem with it since Adam has as big a problem with Billy as he does with Adam but their two sons with Chelsea are bonding like brothers. He wouldn’t want to mess up a good thing between Conner and Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) since Conner didn’t get along with his other brother Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) at all.

Billy and Chelsea forged a bond through his lifesaving experience, that is for certain. That bond started back when they did that podcast together, and doesn’t appear to be dissolving any time soon.
