Y&R Spoilers: Adam Swoops In On Sally, Takes Nick’s Place At The Table

The Young And The Restless - Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will swoop in on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and take Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place. Nick and Sally will be having dinner on a romantic date, but Adam will take Nick’s seat with Sally when he gets up and leaves for a minute.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Table For Two

Nick and Sally had decided, at Sally’s insecure urgings, to just not define their relationship but Nick definitely didn’t want to just stop seeing each other except professionally. They agree to keep seeing each other but not deciding it’s this or that kind of relationship, kind of like friends with benefits, no strings attached. But this particular evening they decide to have a nice dinner, maybe trying out a romantic date to see how it fits-and Adam spots them.

They will all be at a restaurant with a patio, and he’ll slide across from her and Adam will toast her with champagne. Sally might smile, but she’ll likely just do so out of politeness, she won’t approve of his actions.

Y & R Spoilers – Keeping His Seat Warm?

Again, at the point when Adam takes Nick’s place across from Sally, Nick will be gone for a minute, perhaps to take a phone call or maybe other necessary business. He’ll undoubtedly be a little bit perturbed, maybe more than a little bit to see his brother has horned in on his date. But it’s certainly not the first time they’ve been interested in the same woman, for instance Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Nick could even pick up on some lingering feelings for Adam that Sally is doing her best to squelch. Adam could make a teasing remark about keeping Nick’s seat warm for him, but he won’t think it’s funny.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Not A Day For A Daydream

It won’t be the day for a daydream with Adam lingering in fantasy about being back with Sally, nor her with him. Nick is liable to grill both of them, separately of course, but first he’ll talk to Sally about if she’s really past Adam or not. Nick might also tell Adam to stay away from Sally and give her some breathing space, especially considering he confessed he was still in love with her.

After all it’s difficult to get over someone who’s hurt you if he’s constantly around you. Nick would want to spare Sally as much Adam pain as he possibly can.
