GH Spoilers: Victor Forces Valentin’s Hand: Choose, Anna Or Charlotte

General Hospital spoilers reveals Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) knew when he came back to Port Charles that he was staying with intentions of surrounding himself with his family. He made that clear to everyone, but he painted it in a good light, as though he wanted to reconnect and establish bonds between them. His true intentions were to establish control and make them reliant upon him, and he’s done fairly well so far. Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is seemingly bending to his will and keeping his distance from his wife, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is blindly accepting of him, and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has become his henchman. What he asks of Valentin next may be asking too much though.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Ice Princess Diamond

Months ago, Valentin disguised himself as a handsome naval officer and snuck into the bedroom of Jennifer Smith (Holly Gagnier). While she was slipping into something more comfortable, he made himself cozy in her suite and planted the Ice Princess diamond in her safe, thereby framing her for its theft, as well as implicating her in the death of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). While we still don’t have all the details surrounding this story, it’s highly likely that every move Valentin made was at the beck and call of his father.
GH Spoilers Indicate Whisking Charlotte Away Was a Power Move

Perhaps Victor started to feel like he was losing control over Valentin, or maybe he always planned to ratchet things up a bit as he got closer to closing in on his goals in Port Charles. Either way, Victor scooped Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) up and carted her off to a boarding school in Switzerland with no way for Valentin to reach her. Everyone knows Charlotte is Valentin’s weak spot, and Victor has used it well to make his son bend to his will.

GH Spoilers — Now He Must Choose

The next step in Victor’s game is already in place. Valentin is in Switzerland with his daughter, at long last. Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was subsequently thrown into a jail cell after being framed for the murder of Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring). While Valentin was flying overseas, the District Attorney was throwing the book at the love of his life. While Valentin may have the means to leave Switzerland, he cannot be sure what will happen to Charlotte if he does, or what Victor might do to either one of them if he attempts to leave and take Charlotte with him. It’s looking more and more like Victor is going to force Valentin to choose between the two most important ladies in his life: Charlotte, or Anna.
