GH Spoilers Thursday, December 28: Tricks, Treats, And Topless Waiters

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Thursday, December 28 tease tricks, treats, and topless waiters in Port Charles as the buildup to New Year’s Eve takes place! Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) tries a trick, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander) is treated to something worth the wait, and a topless waiter surprises Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

General Hospital Spoilers – Tricks

At the North Tower of Wyndemere where Esmé is plotting an escape, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) shows up in party wear. Esmé, always trying to trick her into something, works her, asking if she’s in love with him, obviously meaning Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Elizabeth obviously isn’t amused, and will prepare to give Esmé whatever prenatal checkup or care that she’s due that day.

Esmé should know she can’t manipulate Elizabeth, a woman who as a teenager could nearly be an even match for her at times. Elizabeth knows all the tricks and knows exactly how to handle Esmé.

GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn’s Got An Attitude

Meanwhile, onboard The Haunted Star, Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) big birthday bash is kicking off, and Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) gets an attitude. General Hospital Co-Chief of Staff and Elizabeth’s childhood friend Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) looks shocked as Finn tells her he’d be the wrong guy to ask. Finn will likely fill Terry in on Elizabeth’s latest affair with Nikolas, as well as her pregnancy, and Terry will have some questions. Elizabeth hasn’t told Terry about anything since they returned from Monterrey, California where they visited her parents, Jeff and Carolyn Webber (William Moses, Denise Crosby).

General Hospital Spoilers – Correcting Misunderstandings

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has also arrived onboard The Haunted Star for Britt’s party, as Spencer’s plus one. She wants to clear something up with someone, and it’s likely she’s talking to Spencer as it looks like she is on the deck near some stairs. Trina, for all her hedging, hemming and hawing, has been torn between her feelings for Spencer, which she has long denied, and her feelings for Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse).

It sounds like Trina is finally ready to come clean about her complicated feelings to Spencer, and it’s been difficult for her to admit them. This certainly will clear the air between the two.

GH Spoilers – Laura Collins Voices Her Suspicions

At Wyndemere Castle, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) voices her suspicions about Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) to Nikolas. Nikolas shocks his mother when he tells her if she takes Victor down, she takes him down too. It sounds like Nikolas is much more embroiled with his great uncle than Laura ever realized, and certainly would want. She tried to raise her son as a Spencer even though he was already a teenager of sixteen when he moved to Port Charles. Laura’s shock and alarm is almost palpable when she sees Nikolas has given in to the Cassadine way.

General Hospital Spoilers – Treats

Back to the deck of The Haunted Star, Spencer smiles as he looks down at someone which obviously must be Trina. He says it was definitely worth the wait, responding to her likely admissions about her feelings for him. These two have played a romantic game with each other from the first time he met her, claiming his name was Victor.

They have been sometimes flirtatious, sometimes friends, sometimes a near enemy on her part. Finally, it looks like ‘Sprina’ is beginning to get on the same page!

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Is Determined

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is determined as he tells someone “whoever’s fine with me”. Perhaps he’s talking to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) about something he has planned against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). But Dex seems a little bit torn when it comes to doing Michael’s bidding against Sonny lately, even though Sonny hung him from a meat hook! That’s probably because he’s worried about offending Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) who he can’t seem to stay away from.

General Hospital Spoilers – Family Duties

Back on The Haunted Star, Sonny talks to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who looks pretty sad. They both know about Britt’s dire diagnosis of Huntington’s Sydrome and that she might not have much time left. They want to support Nina’s cousin Britt and be there for her as best they can.

Sonny looks at Nina, who appears on the verge of tears. He asks a question, “Isn’t that what loved ones are supposed to do?”

GH Spoilers – Topless Waiters

The birthday girl has arrived, with her mother Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) in tow. A topless waiter, looking like a Chippendale, approaches Britt and Liesl with a couple of flutes of champagne. Britt immediately brightens up and smiles, and exclaims “Happy Birthday to me!”

This is Britt’s first ever birthday party, but unfortunately it looks to be her last. The question is, who will get her first, Huntington’s or The Hook?
