Erika Jayne Faces New Lawsuit, Allegedly Flaunted 'Parade Of Extreme Wealth' On RHOBH!Erika Jayne, who soared to fame on “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” (RHOBH), landed in legal hot water recently. But the reality TV star has repeatedly insisted on her innocence. However, now a new lawsuit questions Erika’s claims.

Find out how the new lawsuit accuses Jayne of allegedly stealing millions of dollars. And discover what could lie ahead. Catch up on Erika Jayne’s legal woes below.

Erika Jayne Allegedly Flaunted ‘Extreme’ Wealth As Part Of RHOBH Role!

Cast members of RHOBH typically flaunt their wealth. And when she first began her reign on the show, Erika Jayne stood out as one of the wealthiest. But then came the legal mess implicating both the 50-year-old reality TV star and her now-estranged husband Tom Girardi. And since then, Erika has sought to distance herself from the allegations.

But a new lawsuit names Jayne, per Us magazine. From Edelson PC, the lawsuit alleges that Erika possessed “specific knowledge” of Tom’s alleged actions. As a result, Erika and other defendants now face accusations including racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, deceit, and aiding and abetting concealment of stolen property.

“Tom and Erika Girardi purposefully portrayed themselves to the public as an extremely wealthy Beverly Hills power couple,” alleges the new lawsuit. And it goes even further in alleging that Erika’s company EJ Global “was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.” Because Jayne allegedly created the flaunting of her wealth as “a part of Erika’s personality” on RHOBH, the lawsuit goes into length about her actions on the show.

Erika Jayne Flaunted ‘Never-Ending Parade Of Designer Clothes And Glam Squad’!

Looking back at Erika’s history on RHOBH since 2015, Edelson PC alleges that Jayne flaunted her “never-ending parade of designer clothes and high-end jewelry.” And the lawsuit also claims that Erika went to excessive lengths to show off “her $250,000 Lamborghini Huracán, and her personal 24/7 ‘glam squad’ team that she paid $40,000 per month to pick out her clothes and do her hair and makeup.” However, Jayne has insisted that she remains innocent.

But the new lawsuit alleges that Erika did know about the “scheme” Tom allegedly planned. That alleged scheme focused on families who mourned love ones who died in the 2018 Lion Air plane crash in Indonesia. As a result, both Tom and Erika faced several lawsuits. Jayne’s estranged husband lost his license to practice law last year. However, the new lawsuit puts the spotlight on Jayne.

“Erika knew of the scheme, intended to participate in it and — critically — share in its profits, both directly and through her wholly-owned company, EJ Global,” alleges the lawsuit. “Despite her public claims that she and Tom were spending their own money, financial records show that more than $25 million of her own expenses were paid by Girardi Keese in furtherance of the Girardi Family Enterprise’s illegal scheme.” As a result, Edelson PC seeks two outcomes. First, the lawsuit wants “punitive or exemplary damages in an amount no less than $55,000,000.” And second, the lawsuit seeks “an award of interest” and “the creation of a constructive trust” to compensate for the alleged “wrongful conduct” by the defendants including Erika.
