Chrisley Knows Best – Despite Conviction, Other Networks Sign the Chrisleys

The NBC Network has also gotten or has been promised, a piece of the Chrisley’s with a new dating show hosted by the Chrisley patriarch. However, according to Distractify, the couple is facing up to 30 years in prison for the 12 bank fraud and tax evasion charges they were convicted of on Tuesday. Sentencing for the Chrisleys is scheduled for October 6.

As Pop Culture explains, there has been a slew of reality shows canceled over controversies involving their stars. Unfortunately, the fate of Chrisley Knows Best is still unclear.

Chrisley Knows Best – Other Canceled Reality Stars Make Comebacks

After announcing in May, according to In Touch Weekly, that Chrisley Knows Best would be back for a 10th season, it’s anyone’s guess what the network is planning to do. It was revealed that Todd, 53, was also tapped to host a new E! dating show, Love Limo, and now, that too must be uncertain. The E! Network show involving the Chrisley children, Chase and Savannah Chrisley, Growing Up Chrisley has also been picked up for another season.

It’s worth noting that other reality stars whose shows were canceled in the past have made comebacks. It’s also notable that when Josh Duggar was arrested for receiving and possessing child pornography, the TLC Network waited a full month before giving Counting On the ax.

Chrisley Knows Best – The Fate of the Show is Anyone’s Guess

Todd and Julie Chrisley were convicted on 12 counts of federal bank fraud and tax evasion charges as well as conspiracy. According to the indictment, the two defrauded small banks of more than $30 million between 2007 and 2012. The jury also found the pair guilty of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

After being indicted in April of 2019, the network has had plenty of time to make a decision regarding the fate of Chrisley Knows Best as well as Growing Up Chrisley, but it is anyone’s guess what they plan to do now. Be sure and return here often for more spoilers, news, and updates.
