B&B Spoilers: Sheila Does Not Need A Disguise – Radical Switch Ahead?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) has a plan that involves deception. She is talking to herself and the audience, offering hints at what comes next on B&B.

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) told Sheila she should turn herself in. He wanted Brown’s character to throw herself on the mercy of the court.

Sheila vowed not to go back to prison. She told Deacon that they (meaning the authorities) will not know who they are looking for.

Crossover fans from The Young and the Restless know that Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers and an apparent Sheila Carter) was believed to have assumed the role Brown last played in 2006. It appeared that Stafford was playing a dual role. But was she?

The twisted storyline claimed Sheila had plastic surgery to look like Phyllis. She became her doppelganger. That seeming version of Sheila was shot dead in 2007 by Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), with the real Phyllis living through that scene she also appeared in through skillful imagery.

However, Sheila’s return to Los Angeles, California, in 2017 upset what viewers were led to believe. If Sheila had surgery to look like Phyllis and then was shot dead, how could she reappear a decade later.

B&B Spoilers – Sheila Carter Dismisses Rumors Of Her Death

B&B’s writing staff addressed the rumors of Sheila’s death in a brief bit of dialogue. She was asked about the Genoa City, Wisconsin, storyline.

Sheila claimed ignorance, laughed it off, and said rumors of her death were not true. The issue was not revisited and oddly, Lauren was not contacted by Eric Forrester (John McCook) at that time in the plot.

But Lauren flew to LA in October and met with Eric. They commiserated about Sheila’s apparent death, with both characters not knowing that Brown’s character having faked her death.

Including Bregman’s character was important and not just because Lauren was Sheila’s greatest enemy. It closed what had been a gaping plot question or hole.

So, did Lauren’s reappearance on B&B, where Bregman’s character was not seen in years, mean that Sheila would return to GC? Maybe or maybe not.

Sheila’s ability to cloak her identity is a recurring theme on both soap operas. Telling Deacon that she would not be detectable is a wink to the audience about what comes next.

Was Brown playing Sheila since 2017, or will she continue in this role if that was true? That is one of many good questions fans can ask.
