A side character came into the show later. Paris was Zoe’s sister. But when Barnes accepted a role on nighttime’s Fantasy Island, Zoe was written out of town and White took over as the lead Buckingham sister.

Paris also became involved with Carter, caring for him more than her sister did. But Carter was still in love with Quinn when he went to the altar, intending to marry Paris.

B&B Spoilers – Carter Walton Was Crushed

Carter was thrown when he learned that Zoe was keeping him as a backup option. He ended their engagement, and she moved out of his apartment.

But he was not devastated because Barnes’ character was not the love of his life. Carter believed Quinn lived on that pedestal.

Sofer’s choice to leave the show, so she could spend more time with her daughter before she leaves for school, resulted in Quinn exiting.
