When Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) falls for a woman, he falls hard and lets everyone around him know it. His relationship with Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) is barely over and shouldn’t be a distant memory, but Carter has moved on fast and is now madly in love with Katie Logan (Heather Tom) . He may not have said the words yet, but his feelings are apparent.

On Wednesday, Carter makes a major move to prove to Katie how much he cares about her, especially since he knows she had that big emotional meeting with Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) that shook her to her core.

As for Katie, she finally has perspective from Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) on why she is putting Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) in her past in the same way Katie really wants to put Bill in her past. However, she saw the way Bill was acting and his desperation makes her nervous.

Something is just not right about Bill at the moment and Katie expresses her concerns to Brooke. In fact, the way Bill has been of late reminds her of the way their brother Storm Logan (William deVry) was before he took his own life to save Katie’s life. While Katie knows that Bill and Storm’s situations are not the same, she still can’t help remembering what happened.

Will Katie’s fears for Bill cause her to break Carter’s heart? Katie knows she can’t be with Bill anymore and Brooke cutting Ridge out of her life reminds her of the freedom she needs from this man who always hurts her.

However, Bill is the father of her child and she might not be able to ignore the alarming signs she is seeing. Perhaps they need to talk to Brooke’s new best friend, a psychiatrist who probably should not treat Bill considering it was Taylor Hayes (now played by Krista Allen, then played by Hunter Tylo) who shot him a few years ago.
