The synergy between these similar personality types might allow Thompson’s character to grow more than even he was expecting. Of course, this is Genoa City, Wisconsin. The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Post-Villy Adventures Begin

Billy went through a very dark period in his life last year. Vickie was the key person who helped him get through that. But Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) provided a glimpse at future love that feels about ready to begin playing out.

Now, Theo will create a responsibility for Billy at work. Instead of the dynamic being Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Amanda attempting to extinguish Billy’s flames, it appears as though Y&R is creating an underling who Thompson’s character will attempt to impart his wisdom to, while also likely engaging in some high jinks with as well.

It’s smart for Y&R to write Billy into the fresh and potentially fun territory. Villy’s dramas played out many times and its most recent burn. That outcome proved particularly hurtful to Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle) and for all fans of this couple, who weren’t rewarded with the extended edition that they’d hoped would persist.

Y&R Spoilers – Less Focus On The Kids

Some of the implemented safety protocols on-set have taken the sporadic spotlight completely off the child actors. In Billy’s case, that means no on-screen time with Johnny Abbott (Ryan and Holden Hare), or Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri).

From what they’ve said to each other, Vickie and Billy are handling their mutual responsibilities with the kids. But viewers recently saw a minor spat, where Billy responded with venom to Vickie’s perceived swipe at his parenting commitment.

By not being able to focus on Villy’s children and the interplay that often existed between Vickie and Billy in this regard, Y&R has naturally shifted both character’s efforts to their workplaces. That facilitated Vickie’s leak about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) sensational childhood event.

Billy was tasked by Lily and Amanda with confirming the Kansas information. Vickie didn’t care that she could be tapped as Billy’s information source. So Billy’s first mentor test could be empowering Theo to handle her part of this assignment with care.
