After all, Sally wouldn’t want Wyatt to “find out” the hard way by waking up some morning in bed with her dead beside him! She may be stubborn enough to not tell him until what she thinks is the last minute, but when she really thinks about what it will do to him if he were to find her dead and it was so unexpected, she might realize that telling him would be the best thing to do.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Ultimately Sally Spectra’s Love For Wyatt Spencer Will Override Her Fear Of His Pity

Ultimately, Sally’s love for Wyatt will likely override her fear of his possible pity for her and she will give him a heads-up that their time together may not be for very long. He will likely encourage her to get second opinions and to fight for her life as Katie did, but the difference is, he has given her a reason to live and a reason to fight – something that Katie was not able to do.

Wyatt will find himself in a sticky wicket should Sally have been incorrectly diagnosed and the disease is not terminal, but for now, just making Sally happy and hopeful is his only goal!
