General Hospital Spoilers: Porter Fasullo Talks Taking Over The Role Of SORAS’ed Danny Morgan

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the new Danny Morgan, Porter Fasullo is one very proud and excited young man! Porter started on General Hospital as Danny on Friday, May 31 and took over the role from TK Weaver due to a SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) of the character.

Porter is ten years old in real life and writes this on his Instagram account: “Thanks for all the love #generalhospital fans. I’m extremely grateful to have joined the #gh cast and family as Danny Morgan. I know I’ve got big shoes to fill from TK Weaver and I hope I can make you all proud. ??? ? Porter Is Excited To Join GH

If General Hospital fans look a little farther into Porter’s Instagram account, one can find a little bit more about his professional history. There’s a picture of him in a stage production of “Mary Poppins Jr”, he’s in a candy commercial for “Ring Pop Gummy Gems” which one can click on and watch, and there are some Target ads where he modeled “Hyde and Eek” Halloween costumes. There is also a shot of him at acting academy camp in production of “The Greatest Showman”.

General Hospital Is Porter’s First TV Role

With a little more Internet digging, General Hospital fans can find that an IMDB page has been started for him, although there is not much on there. That shows that General Hospital is more than likely his first television work other than the candy commercial, although it’s certainly possible that he’s done “extra” work, where many actors get a little experience and exposure by literally being “a face in the crowd”.

More Internet investigation turned up that the “Mary Poppins Jr.” appearance was also at an acting school, The Conservatory of Performing Arts – Orange County (COPA-OC) and the production was held just last week, May 24 and 25.
