Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan)Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that the real culprit who set the original fire to the cabin that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) was trapped in a second time was not Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), but her terminally jealous niece, Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan).

The Days of Our Lives weekly preview shows Claire, with Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) watching, in an emotional outburst in Ciara’s hospital room, admitting to having set the original fire. This was the fire Ciara was trapped in when she broke her leg after a motorcycle accident.

Ben had also rescued her then but was later blamed for it, having set fire to the same cabin previously when Abigail DiMera (then Marci Miller) was trapped and in labor with Thomas (Asher Morrissette).

Days Of Our Lives – Ben Has Always Been A Suspect

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) may be questioned about that fire, considering her recent misbehavior. Ben has always been a suspect because of his previous history. However, when he trapped Abby, this was pre-Bayview and pre-diagnosis of his psychotic breakdown.

When Ben was there the second time, it was right after his release. It was also just a convenient structure for him to shelter Ciara, while tending to her broken leg. Mental hospitals don’t generally release patients if they are still dangerous. Dr. Marlena Evans, (Deidre Hall), who had been treating him, had given him a clean bill of mental health.

Days Of Our Lives – Did Claire Really Start The Fire?

It’s hard to believe Claire’s jealousy and lust for Tripp, who was involved with Ciara at that time, could actually lead her to try to murder her aunt – but the preview video seems to indicate a confession to that very thing.

Conspiring with Ben to break up Ciara and Tripp is one thing, murder is quite another. Ciara, Tripp and viewers want to know why.
