The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, September 3: Judge Determines Lily’s Fate – Devon Seeks Justice – Cane Begs

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Monday, September 3: Judge Determines Lily’s Fate – Devon Seeks Justice – Cane Begs“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, September 3, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) will share some bittersweet moments. At home, this solid couple makes love. Unfortunately, a dark cloud hangs over their sex session and the cuddling that follows. Lily realizes she may not be sleeping in her own bed tonight. She’s definitely fearful of her big day in court.

Lily and Cane ultimately join the twins, who are working on breakfast in the kitchen. The family tries to show positivity, but it’s easy to see Lily’s worried. As they head to court, Lily pauses and takes in the scene one last time. It could be her last chance to look around her home for 20 years.

Over with Shauna (Camryn Hamm), she frets about her role in the accident. Nate (Brooks Darnell) insists Shauna shouldn’t blame herself. He doesn’t think she should torture herself over all this. Shauna admits she’s concerned about the hearing. She cared about Hilary (Mishael Morgan), but she doesn’t want to ruin Lily’s life.

That’s especially true since the outcome will affect Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson). Nate advises Shauna to trust her instincts and do what she feels is right. Devon (Bryton James) finds them talking and guesses Nate’s trying to influence the girl. Nate contends that he’s just offering support and wants to talk about Devon’s next move.

Devon’s ready to make Lily pay the price, but Nate reminds him of what’s at stake. Lily could end up in prison with violent offenders. Does she really belong there? Nate points out that Devon could be signing on for plenty of regrets.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) has to take care of an emergency, but the rest of the family arrives in the courtroom. It isn’t long until the judge gets started. Christine (Laralee Bell) wants the maximum sentence, but Michael (Christian LeBlanc) feels that’s too harsh in this case. He’d rather see Lily get probation along with community service and some hefty fines.

Cane tells the judge he kept Lily in the dark about running the red light. He apologizes and hopes Lily won’t be held accountable for that. Shauna gets her shot to speak soon enough. She reflects on what a great friend and mentor Hilary was, but she doesn’t want Lily behind bars. Shauna doesn’t think that’s right since this was an accident.

Devon gets where Cane and Shauna are coming from, but he doesn’t agree. He points out that Lily had a long-standing feud with Hilary. Devon wants justice for his wife and their baby. Afterward, Lily makes a passionate speech about her remorse. The judge exits to mull everything over, so that leaves Devon to face his family members. Charlie’s upset that Devon really pushed for the maximum sentence.

However, Cane sees an opportunity to save Lily. He begs Devon to turn this around while there’s still time. Moments later, the judge walks back in with his decision. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Lily’s fate will be revealed next week, so stay tuned for more drama.
