The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, March 27: Paul Suspects Jack – Jill’s Surprising Showdown – Abby Tries to Help Dina Remember

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 27, tease that Nick (Joshua Morrow) will offer Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) some comfort. At the hospital, Nikki’s upset about being out of the house when Victor (Eric Braeden) was assaulted. Nick insists this isn’t Nikki’s fault and they hope for a positive outcome.

Meanwhile, Esther (Kate Linder) catches up with Jill (Jess Walton) at the athletic club. Jill’s fired up about fighting Nikki’s changes at the park. Nearby, Lorie Brooks (Jaime Lyn Bauer) and Leslie Brooks (Janice Lynde) have a conversation about Jill. She hears them and questions their sudden appearance in town.

The Brooks sisters mention that they returned for the Walnut Grove bicentennial. Things get heated as they rehash Jill’s past offenses. She used to be their stepmother and they don’t have fond memories. Elsewhere, Jack (Peter Bergman) fills Billy (Jason Thompson) in on Kyle (Michael Mealor) being in cahoots with Victor. He brings up the “no confidence” vote and assumes this played a role in it.

Of course, Jack has bigger problems at the moment. Over with Paul (Doug Davidson) and Christine (Laralee Bell), they see Jack getting drunk on the security footage. Paul eventually questions Arturo (Jason Canela) about the faceoff between Jack and Victor. It looks like Jack is quickly rising to the top of the suspect list.

At the Abbott mansion, Abby (Melissa Ordway) still feels like Dina’s (Marla Adams) latest secret could be true. Ashley can’t believe that yet. Meanwhile, Dina frets over not being able to recall the name of Jack’s father. She locates a key for the Stardust Inn and wonders if Abby would be willing to take her there. It was supposedly a hotspot for Dina and her lover years ago.

Abby drives Dina to the motel, but it doesn’t trigger any memories of the man’s name. However, Dina says she sees her love every time she looks at Jack. By the end of their outing, Abby’s even more convinced that Dina’s claims are true. She shares the new details with Ashley, who still thinks they need solid evidence.

Ashley also deals with some conflict on Tuesday’s Y&R episode. She gets into an argument with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) over – you guessed it – Newman Enterprises. Victoria mentions that Victor never signed any papers about her demotion. That means she’s still COO and she intends to slip into the CEO spot while Victor’s incapacitated.

Naturally, Ashley blows her top and tries to fight this. Victoria hastily points out that the board will take her side if Ashley wants a war. As a Newman, Victoria thinks she’s got the upper hand. The Abbotts don’t need any more drama, but Paul delivers some anyway. He finds Ashley and notes that murder charges could be coming for Jack if Victor dies.

Back at the hospital, Jack tries to get some info from Nikki. She doesn’t seem to have a clue about Kyle and Victor’s connection. Nick grills Jack about his showdown with Victor, but Jack once again claims he just wanted to apologize at the ranch. Afterward, Victoria’s ring catches Nick’s eye. She acknowledges J.T.’s (Thad Luckinbell) proposal and insists that they’re good for each other.

Later, Nick confides in Sharon (Sharon Case). He confesses that he’s feeling torn about his dad right now. When Jill arrives to see Nikki, she realizes the park plans are actually a good thing. Nikki mentions that they’ll be postponing the dedication due to Victor’s ordeal.
