The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Jack Abbott [Peter Bergman] will soon find out if he is indeed the biological son of the one and only John Abbott. Of course, Jack can’t imagine John not being his real father, but test results might prove otherwise.
According to CBS Soaps in Depth, Jack may or may not have the truth in his hands. He recently took control of the situation by having his own DNA test done.
As a matter of fact, Peter Bergman, who plays Jack on the show, recently told the publication, “In the theater, Jack was embarrassed, humiliated beyond words. He has no place for any of this stuff! So much of who Jack is is tied to John Abbott. He doesn’t know who he is without that connection! Now that he has the DNA test – he took his own because he doesn’t believe the one Ashley and Abby had done. The possibility of the results confirming what they said are so overwhelming that Jack doesn’t want to look!”
But then again, there’s a strong possibility that Jack might not open the envelope with the results at all. After all, he knows that finding out the truth will definitely rock him, one way or another. And with everything going on right now, he simply doesn’t want to deal with that kind of disturbance in his life, both in a professional and personal sense.
Peter added, “He’s starting to convince himself that he doesn’t need to look. He’s like, ‘I know I’m John Abbott’s son!’”
According to Y&R spoilers, when Jack does finally open the envelope – there is a high probability that the results have been tampered with. After all, you can never trust a paternity test in Genoa City.
Of course, fans will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next! The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.
