The Young and The Restless Jess Walton Shares Great News About Her Husband

It looks like Jess Walton is definitely counting her blessings this week. The beautiful actress, who is best known for her role on The Young and the Restless as Jill, has recently updated her fans on her husband John James’s condition after he had surgery for a malignant tumor that needed to be removed from his neck. Jess and John have been married since 1980.

Thankfully, it looks like John is in recovery mode and doing very well. Jess has been by his side throughout the entire ordeal and has even shared a bedside photo of John from the hospital. The actress also took to her Facebook account to update her fans on his condition.

She wrote, “To all my friends out there… Great news! My husband had a malignant tumor in his neck for the last year and we finally decided to come down to UCLA in Los Angeles and we had it removed. The doctor said it was a huge success! He is now cancer free and in recovery. We think God for all our family and friend’s prayers… just had to share this with you all.”

It’s great to hear that all is said and done and that Jess and John will be able to recover and rest in the privacy and comfort of their own home in the coming weeks. We will definitely keep Jess, John and their entire family in our thoughts and prayers!
