General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday March 13: Liz Demands Truth – Nelle Terrorizes Carly – Finn And Julian Feud

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, March 13, reveals Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) compare notes as Curtis asks her to give him the good news and tell him if he can leave the hospital.  Last week Curtis was still under arrest even though he was a patient at General Hospital.

General Hospital spoilers also state Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) shows her maternal side but continues to get under Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) skin. Now that Nelle has moved into the Quartermaine Mansion, Carly pays her a visit and Nelle mocks her by telling her “Out of something really tragic, came something wonderful.” Will Carly call a truce with the mother of her grandchild, or will Nelle’s behavior continue to anger Carly?

General Hospital Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) visits his sister Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and her boyfriend Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) at the hospital. Other General Hospital spoilers state Michael is propositioned.  Jos asks Michael if he is just here to check up on Oscar or here to see Nelle?

General Hospital spoilers also reveal Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) risks losing everything. Now that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) knows Franco’s secret, she demands to know if Franco really tried to kill Drew Cain (Billy Miller) when they were children.

Will Franco finally come clean with Elizabeth or will he tell her that Jim Harvey (Gregg Evigan) is a liar?  Elizabeth has warned Franco in the past that she would no longer tolerate any more lies from Franco.  Will this be the last straw?  Will Elizabeth end their relationship or is her love stronger than this lie?

General Hospital’s Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) have become fast friends.  Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is not too happy about this, however.  General Hospital spoilers reveal Finn and Julian Clash at Charlies’ pub.  Things get a little heated as Finn tells Alexis that Julian does not want him there and he knows why.
