Laura and Carly talk about Kevin, and she mentioned Kevin’s break years ago. Carly tells Laura that would explain Kevin’s behavior but not his attraction to Ava. Lulu (Emme Rylan) joins Laura and gives her a late birthday gift and cards. Lulu wanted Laura to know how much she and the grandkids love her. Laura tells Lulu she can’t fathom what brought them to this place.
Lulu wants to blame Ava, and Laura says it’s something else. Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa Locicero) walk in as Lulu is telling Laura the PCPD thinks there is a serial killer. Lulu is writing a story on a possible serial killer and ask Ned if she can quote him. Ned tells Lulu that is unprofessional journalism and will cause a panic. Olivia begs Lulu to write about something else as Ned and Laura talk about the killer. Ava overhears Laura and Ned’s conversation and tells him to do something or she will.
General Hospital’s Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) goes to visit Kevin and taunts him. Kevin demands to know if Laura is ok and tells Ryan he has no business treating patients. Kevin is stunned that Ryan is divorcing Laura. Ryan doesn’t want to use other means to get Laura to stop. Kevin demands he leave Laura alone. Ryan tells Kevin that he has killed two people.
Ryan needs Kevin to fill gaps in his life, Laura’s life depends on it. Ryan and Ava arrive at the Metrocourt. Ryan excuses himself to speak to Carly as Kevin dreams about Laura. Kevin says he has to do something to save Laura. Ryan tells Carly he has information on her neighbor at Ferncliff. Ryan tells Carly the patient’s name and how dangerous he is to himself and others. Meanwhile, Kevin remembers that Ryan needs information and thinks he can use that to save Laura.
General Hospital’s Olivia has let Julian (William DeVry) spend time with Leo (Aaron Bradshaw) and comes to pick him up. Leo has given his gloves to a snowman. Jocelyn (Eden McCoy) shows up and tells Julian if he wants to help Oscar (Garren Stitt) he needs to give up Kim (Tamara Braun).
Jocelyn tells Julian that Kim and Drew (Billy Miller) would be together if he would step aside. Julian understands that Jocelyn wants to do something for Oscar. Julian tells Jocelyn that walking away from Kim isn’t going to get her back together with Drew. Jocelyn tells Julian that Drew, Kim, and Oscar are a family and he needs to let them be for as long as they have left.
General Hospital’s Jocelyn arrives to visit Oscar as Drew and Kim show him what his car looks like and Kim says she should take it for a test drive. Jocelyn brings Oscar a gift. Jocelyn has got Oscar a five-year calendar. Jocelyn has filled out things for them to do the first year. Drew and Kim arrive and ask where Jocelyn is. Oscar says Jocelyn has gone on an errand.

General Hospital’s Liesl (Kathleen Gati) shows up to visit Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Nelle says she doesn’t have a doctor, Liesl tells her to consider this a late postnatal check-up. Nelle asks if Liesl isn’t supposed to be in prison. Liesl asks Nelle where that healthy baby boy is. Liesl says the baby was fine; she would have given him a ten Apgar score. Nelle tells Liesl her baby died and asked why she is mocking her grief. Liesl says she can simply suggest a DNA test be performed on the dead baby and will do so if Nelle doesn’t tell her where Michael’s (Chad Duell) baby is.
Nelle tells Liesl that Michael isn’t worthy of raising her child. Liesl accuses Nelle of killing someone else’s child and passing it off as hers. Nelle tells Liesl she was walking and came upon Brad (Parry Shen) with a dead baby that he and Lucas’ (Ryan Carnes) had adopted. Liesl finishes the story for Nelle. Nelle asks what Liesl is going to do and she begs her to leave the baby with Brad and Lucas. Liesl says the truth should stay buried until someone needs it.
General Hospital’s Michael and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) talk at the hospital. Michael tells Willow that speaking about her son was a good thing. Michael says he felt better going to the meeting. Willow tells Michael he felt sorry for her and that’s why he attended. Willow talks about how she thought about her dreams for her child. Michael doesn’t know if he can get past his son’s death.
Michael tells Willow his arms feel empty without his son. Michael tells Willow she should meet his godson and how good Wiley makes him feel. Willow notices when he says Wiley. Michael shows Willow Wiley’s footprint; she is awed by it.
General Hospital’s Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Anna (Finola Hughes) go to Kiki’s (ex-Hayley Erin) apartment; Ava is there packing up things. Anna offers to help. Ava talks about a woman she read about leaving a book that her husband read for him to come back to get. Ava says she prays that woman’s prayers now. Griffin tells Ava that Kiki wouldn’t want them tearing each other apart.
Ava starts to pack things away, and she tells Griffin that he took her daughter from her. Ava wants him to stay so he can see what it’s like to be left empty-handed like she was. Ryan arrives and helps Ava carry things out of Kiki’s room; he says they can go through them later. Griffin and Anna talk about the day he moved in and Kiki beating on the air conditioner. Griffin takes Kiki’s favorite movie out of the DVD player and takes it home with him.
