General Hospital Spoilers: JaSam Trapped Together For Thanksgiving – Passion And Pumpkin Pie?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have a family Thanksgiving together that ends up as an overnighter! Will passion erupt after the pumpkin pie is all gone?

Jason and Sam have been inching towards a romantic reunion ever since Jason showed up about a year ago, after having been presumed dead for five years. Then Sam had to choose between the real Jason and the Jason everyone thought was Jason, who turned out to be a previously unknown identical twin, Drew Cain (Billy Miller).

Of course by the time everyone “realized” Drew was Jason-albeit incorrectly-he didn’t look like Jason anymore. Some GH fans even speculated he was really AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) because his body type was different than original Jason’s and more like AJ’s!

So Sam has been spending the last year divorcing Drew, who she and everyone else including him thought was Jason, and trying to figure out whether she loved Jason for Jason or if she loved Drew for Drew even though everyone thought he was Jason till the real Jason showed up! Meanwhile, both JASAM and DREAM fans have been waiting for her to make up her mind—–as have Jason and Drew!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam Torn Between Jason And Drew

Drew’s natural inclination is toward being a family man…and that might be because he never had a real family. He grew up in group homes. Even Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), the mother of their son Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) didn’t know anything about Drew ever growing up with a family. Sam didn’t grow up with much of a family either…and so with Drew she had safety and stability, which she grew to love. But her loyalty was to Jason, and when he returned, she felt torn.

With Jason, she had fire and excitement-but also danger, and whereas Drew put Sam and the kids first, Jason has always put Sonny and Carly Corinthos (Maurice Benard, Laura Wright) first. Jason grew up with a family on General Hospital, a very dysfunctional family, but a family nonetheless, but eschewed family and family life after he suffered the traumatic brain injury that his drunken brother AJ had caused. So Jason’s never been a family man the whole time Sam has known him.

However, Jason’s being willing to spend a family Thanksgiving with Sam and Danny(TK Weaver), and possibly Jake (Hudson West) and Scout (Palmer and Poe Parker), is a huge step for Jason, and Sam may see it as a chance that Jason may be leaning more towards family.

General Hospital Spoilers – Thanksgiving In Port Charles

According to General Hospital spoilers, Sonny and Carly are having their own Thanksgiving with Michael (Chad Duell) and apparently Brad (Parry Shen) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) since other General Hospital spoilers tease that Michael will inadvertently be spending Thanksgiving with his own son. Jason’s not at their Thanksgiving meal so that’s a huge change!

It’s not clear the reason for Jason and Sam to be trapped together all night….possibly a blizzard will hit Port Charles and they will be snowed in. Will the spark finally become a flame as they unintentionally spend the night together, after the kids are in bed and asleep?
