General Hospital Spoilers: A Cassadine Returns, EP Frank Valentini Teases HOT New Plots

General Hospital Spoilers: A Cassadine Returns, EP Frank Valentini Teases HOT New Plots“General Hospital” spoilers tease the soap is going to have some exciting twists and new plots, and Executive Producer Frank Valentini teases what’s in store for the daytime soap. With the recent development in the storylines, it seems that a Cassadine villain is on his way back to Port Charles.

We learned this week that Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) has been released from the WSB custody, rumors hint that someone else is likely working in the shadows to make this happen. And since Cassandra’s dirty doings are linked to the Cassadines, it would not come as a surprise that a Cassadine is behind her custody release.

Because it is not Valentin Cassadine, there are speculations that another Cassadine is coming back to the canvas. There are two possibilities—Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) who is presumed dead but is more likely alive since his body was not found, and Stefan (Stephen Nichols) who died in 2003 but can still be brought back to life.

Should Nik return, it is possible that the actor would be a recast now that Christopher is busy with “Days of Our Lives.” Nichols, meanwhile, is pretty much available after exiting DAYS.

“General Hospital” spoilers suggest that a Cassadine’s return would be involved in the storyline the soap prepared for Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). Valentini teased that there are two big stories for Genie, one of which involves Ryan Chamberlain and Kevin Collins (both played by Jon Lindstrom), and the other remains in the wraps.

Meanwhile, Valentini also teased about a triple twist involving Nelle (Chloe Lanier), her baby with Michael (Chad Duell) that she left with Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Perry Shen). The EP tells TVInsider that the secret will lead to an inevitable twist. “Who gets hurt, when, and how? What will the ramifications be?”

While Nelle has exited, Chloe revealed that the character is not dead and “General Hospital” hasn’t seen the last of her. “She isn’t done,” Lanier tweeted. Valentini added that with Nelle still alive, anything can happen.
