The General Hospital recap for Thursday, April 5, reveals Drew Cain (Billy Miller) runs into Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Jake (Hudson West) in the hospital parking garage on their way to see Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Drew and Jake share a very sweet moment as Drew admits he has softened a bit towards Franco. Elizabeth is grateful and is quick to mention his break up with Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco). She seems overly concerned with Drews breakup, telling him she doesn’t want him to be hurt.
Dr Bensch Manipulates Kiki
Meanwhile, General Hospital Dr. David Bensch (James DePaiva) and Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) meet at Kelly’s to discuss what happened the other night. Kiki confronts the doctor, returns his book and turns down the shadow program. Dr. Bensch, sensing he may be in some trouble, accuses Kiki of sending mixed signals and, in a classic case of blaming the victim, Dr. Bensch twists Kiki’s words. After Kiki leaves, he smiles with the look of a predator and saves Kiki’s voice mail asking him to meet with her. Kiki is in a world of trouble. Will she report him?
Joslyn Plots with Oscar
General Hospital Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) share some playful moments at Kelly’s as Oscar tells Jos Sam and Drew have separated. Jos immediately slips into Planning/plotting mode; not unlike her mother Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). She teases Oscar with the possibility that his mom Kim Nero (Tamera Braun) and Drew have a chance to be together. Oscar is delighted with the idea.
Kim Crushes Julian
Speaking of Kim, Julian Jerome visits her at home and immediately wants to know if Oscar is around. Pleased they are alone, Julian’s head is filled with love in the afternoon. Julian’s jealousy, however, takes over when he wants to know if Kim still has feelings for Drew. Oscar overhears his mother tell Julian she has never gotten over Drew and Julian leaves a little crushed.
Franco Gets Hysterical
General Hospital Kevin Collins decides to bring Franco out of a very intense Hypnosis session as Franco becomes hysterical. Franco screams out Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) “hurts me” “Stop it” and gives me toys to be quiet. Sounds like a classic case of molestation. Meanwhile, Drew visits with Betsy, she apologizes for giving him up and tells him how sweet he was; just then Harvey peeps around the corner causing Betsy to go into hysterics. Well, Betsy isn’t talking, and Franco couldn’t continue, so we will have to wait another day to resolve this mystery.
Harvey Assaults Elizabeth
As Elizabeth and Jake make their way to the car, Harvey grabs Elizabeth and holds a gun to her back. To be continued…
