General Hospital Recap November 2 – Sasha Isn’t Nina’s Daughter – Kevin/Ryan Wants A Divorce

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, November 2, 2018, reveals, Carly (Laura Wright) dreams about Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) head in the apple barrel. Sonny (Maurice Benard) comes in and holds Carly to calm her down.

Jordan Accuses Sonny Of Murder

Sonny tells Carly that Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) wants her to meet her at the Floating Rib. Sonny tells Carly she might remember something. Carly says she’s not sorry Mary Pat is dead; Sonny tells her to keep that to herself. Carly comes to the Floating Rib to meet with Jordan. Carly tells Jordan what happened last night. Jordan asked Carly about meeting Mary Pat at Ferncliff. Jordan insinuates that Sonny may have killed Mary Pat. Sonny tells Carly that Jordan is fishing. Sonny tells Jordan he is not going down for this one.

Ryan Implicates Carly

General Hospital’s Laura (Genie Frances) comes back to the Floating Rib. Mac (John J. York) assures Laura this isn’t her fault. Laura owes everyone answers. Laura tells Mac that her husband hasn’t bothered to call her back. Jordan and Chase (Josh Swickard) ask Laura if she has remembered anything else. Laura tells them she only met Mary Pat once and she was a very unpleasant woman.

Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) finally shows up and says he had the phone off to supervise the sleep study. Laura asks Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) to take her home. Kevin says he has to give his statement to the commissioner because he was at the Floating Rib with Mary Pat night before last. Ryan tells Jordan and Chase that Mary Pat was afraid of Carly because she threatened her. Ryan says that Carly confronted Mary Pat again later and asked him to get her out of there before she did something she would regret.

Laura defends Carly against attacking Mary Pat. “Kevin,” says he got tired of Mary Pat’s complaining and went back to GH. Jordan says Mary Pat hadn’t been home in at least a day or two. Ryan tells Laura he has to go to GH and tells her to go home and get some rest. Laura tells Jordan and Chase to let her know if she hears anything. Mac asks permission to send the staff home.

Laura follows “Kevin” to the pier and demands he explains what is going on with him. Laura feels that he would rather he stay away. Ryan tells Laura that he’s been avoiding her because he hasn’t dared to say what he needs to say to her. Ryan says he thinks they should separate. Laura doesn’t want to give up this quickly, Ryan refuses. Ryan says he doesn’t have the will to try and fix something broken. Laura asks if there is someone else. Ryan tells her there is no one else. Ryan is going through something he needs to face alone and is moving out later today. Ryan apologizes and says he may realize he’s wrong later.

Ava Finds The Body

General Hospital’s Scott (Kin Shriner) and Ava (Maura West) meet, and Scott apologizes to her about Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Ava. Scott tells Ava that Kevin is a quack. Ava finds every session enlightening. Ava tells Scott how she was wrong to seek redemption. Ava tells Scott she didn’t need a lawyer to understand her this time, she needed a doctor. Scott warns Ava against acting on her revengeful impulses. Ava goes to the gallery and finds the rest of Mary Pat’s body.

Nina (Michelle Stafford) comes in and yells at Ava for trying to manipulate Sasha. Nina sees the body and asks what Ava has done. Nina says she is going to call the polices. Ava says this has to be the body that goes with the head at the Floating Rib. Ava tells Chase she never knew Mary Pat or how her body got there. Scott goes to the Floating Rib to see if anyone needs a lawyer. Mac accuses Scott of feeding into the Ryan publicity. Scott claims to be trying to help Felicia, Mac disagrees.

Nina Warns Sasha About Ava

General Hospital’s Kiki (Hayley Erin), Sasha (Sophie Mattsson), and Griffin are all running together. Sasha claims to have a cramp in her leg to get Griffin to rub her leg. Nina arrives on the pier, Sasha assumes Nina spent the night with Valentin. Nina tells them nothing happened. Sasha apologizes to Nina; she tells her it’s ok and explains why she had to stay on Spoon Island.

Sasha tells Kiki and Griffin she will catch up later. Sasha pretends to be surprised that Nina used to live there. Nina asks if Sasha is interested in Griffin. Sasha tells Nina what Ava said, Nina tells Sasha that Ava cannot be trusted. Sasha says he has an interview with a temp agency and leaves. Griffin tells Kiki that he is the obstacle between her and her mother. Kiki tells him he’s not stepping aside so she and her mother can be close again. Kiki tells Griffin her mother is the obstacle.

Sasha Meets With Valentin

General Hospital’s Nina is still asleep on the couch, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) brings her breakfast. Valentin is glad Nina didn’t risk drowning to get back home last night. Valentin didn’t sleep well after that kiss last night. Nina goes up to shower and change. Valentin says he will let her go, but he’s not giving up home. Sasha goes to see Valentin and tells her Nina wants her to stay a while. Valentin tells Sasha the longer she stays, the more chance the truth will come out. Sasha tells Valentin there is no way anyone will find out she’s not Nina’s daughter.
