“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Thursday, July 5, 2018, begins with Milo (Drew Cheetwood) telling Mike (Max Gail) about stripping at the nurse’s ball. Milo talks about Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) and stripping.
Milo Gives Sonny Advice On Dealing With Mike
Mike thinks Milo should work for Sonny (Maurice Benard). Milo says Mike acts better than his mom when Alzheimer’s got her. Epiphany and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) helped Milo find a place for his mom. Milo tells Sonny that his mom died two years ago.
Milo advises Sonny to enjoy this time with Mike. Milo advises Sonny not to be afraid to ask for help. Max asked Milo to drop off an envelope, it’s everything on the thing he was looking into.
Sonny tells Milo to tell Epiphany he owes her for taking care of Milo. Sonny also owes Milo for talking to him. Sonny tells Mike that Milo and Max have taken care of his family for years. Sonny brings up Croton and wants to know where the body is. Sonny and Mike talk about Charlie.

Mike tells Sonny that happened decades ago, it doesn’t matter now. Sonny tells Mike there is no statute of limitation on murder and asks if the body is in Port Charles. Sonny figures out that the body is in Julian’s (William DeVry) pub. Mike says the foundation would have to be busted up to find it.
Stella Think Griffin Is Taking Advantage Of Her
General Hospital’s Stella (Vernee Watson) questions Griffin (Matt Cohen) about a referral he made to her. Stella needs help deciphering his writing. Griffin tells Stella that he doesn’t feel like his license allows him to impose himself on anyone. Griffin also brings up the sexual harassment issues that are going on and defends the female staff.
Ava Meets Kim
General Hospital’s Ava (Maura West) tells Julian about Bensch (James DePaiva), Julian knows him and wonders how to take care of him. Kim (Tamara Braun) and Oscar (Garrin Stitt) show up at Charlie’s, Julian offers breakfast.
Oscar tells Kim he is ready for her to stop wasting time with Julian. Kim tells Oscar she will not tolerate him being rude to Julian. Ava says she will wait until after the trial to put Bensch in his place. Ava wants to get to know Kim.
Franco Tells Scott About His Childhood
General Hospital’s Franco (Roger Howarth) meets with Scott (Kin Shriner) in the park to talk about Bensch. Scott tells Franco about the evidence Bensch just gave him. Franco tells Scott it doesn’t matter how old Kiki (Hayley Erin) is, this is not right and she should be protected.
Scott wants to know why this effects Franco so badly. Franco knows that Scott supports him. Scott doesn’t think Franco trusts him, he says it could change things. Franco tells Scott he didn’t have anyone like him when he was a kid. Betsy (Deborah Strang) wasn’t equipped to deal with what was happening. Scott and Franco talk and hug.
Sam And Drew’s Divorce Is Final
General Hospital’s Drew (Billy Miller) is on the phone discussing Bensch when Sam (Kelly Monaco) arrives and needs a minute. Sam is trying to figure out of Peter (Wes Ramsey) left or was abducted. Drew wants to know how Sam is liking her new work.
Sam wonders if Peter might have mentioned something to Drew. Sam tells Drew she was worried about him because he was going to have the procedure to have Jason’s memories removed. Drew tells Sam he didn’t think it was worth the risk, he couldn’t do that to the kids. Sam says Scout and Oscar are lucky to have him as a father.
Drew tells Sam he got the papers, they are official divorced. Drew says it’s difficult to see the papers, Sam cries. Drew wants to know why Sam is giving up Aurora, Sam thinks it needs one owner. Sam tells Drew they bought Aurora to run together and they aren’t together.
Sam takes Drew’s rings off and tells Drew she is grateful for their time together and for Scout. Both apologies for how their marriage ended. Sam says a new chapter starts today for them both, she hopes it’s a good one. Drew wants Sam to keep the rings for Scout, they hug and she leaves.
Alexis Urges Kiki To Be Honest
General Hospital’s Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) meets with Kiki who gives her a diary of the encounters with Bensch. Franco calls Alexis and tells her about Scott’s evidence that will affect Kiki in a bad way. Alexis tells Kiki about the picture of her with Griffin and needs to know if there is anything else.
Kiki goes to find Griffin and asks to speak to him somewhere away from GH. Kiki tells Griffin about the photo of them that Bensch has. Kiki tells Griffin they need to be prepared for Ava’s questions. Griffin wants to know if Alexis knows what happened between them. Scott overhears Kiki and Griffin talking about sleeping together.
Oscar Accuses Drew Of Reporting To Kim
Oscar shows up in Drew’s office. Drew describes their day to Oscar. Oscar wants to know if Drew ran this by his mom since they report to each other behind his back. Drew is totally confused by Oscar’s statement. Drew tells Oscar that he will show him respect.
Drew did not tell Kim that Oscar wanted them back together. Drew tells Oscar that he never told Kim what he said. Drew tells Oscar that he and Kim being together is not realistic. Oscar understands and apologizes to Drew. Drew won’t tell Kim anything Oscar tells him in confidence.
Sam And Alexis Talk About The Divorce
Sam meets with Alexis and brings up the divorce papers. Alexis wants to know if Sam is ok. Sam tells Alexis about Drew and Jason’s fight the day he left her and how he reacted. Sam is devastated that her marriage to Drew is over but it was the right choice. Sam says both she and Drew can move on. Sam thanks Alexis and they talk about Kiki’s case.
