Word on the internet is that General Hospital is currently filming the big event, and fan favorite Laura Wright took to Instagram to share what appears to be a sneak peek.

Wright posted a photo of Carly Corinthos and her BFF Jason Morgan [Steve Burton] dressed to the nines. In the background you can see other members of the GH cast in tuxedos and gowns.
