General Hospital News: Kelly Monaco Speaks Out About Billy Miller Groping Allegations

General Hospital star Kelly Monaco and Billy Miller have been promoting their Killy Fan Events for months, diehard Sam Morgan and Drew Cain fans couldn’t wait to attend the show and meet and greets.  But, what was supposed to be all fun and games has turned in to a controversial mess.

General Hospital fans flocked to New York City this past weekend for the highly anticipated Killy Fan Event, and the lucky ones in attendance couldn’t wait to upload their videos and photos of Kelly Monaco and Billy Miller.

But, not all GH fans were thrilled to see the videos, instead a bizarre interaction between Kelly and Billy on stage has turned in to quite the scandal on social media.  Some General Hospital fans are accusing Billy of touching Kelly’s chest inappropriately while they were on stage.

General Hospital fans have been bickering on social media for the past few days over the incident.  Finally, Kelly Monaco took to Twitter to clear the air and set the record straight.  According to Kelly, there was nothing inappropriate about her and Billy’s interaction and he was simply “helping her with a wardrobe malfunction.”

This is actually the second time this week Kelly has had to set the record straight.  She also lashed out at fans who accused her and Billy of being “greedy” and profiting from the events – according to the actress, they donated all of the money they made on ticket sales to charity.
