General Hospital (GH) RECAP Wednesday, May 9: Michael & Sonny Doubt Carly’s Sanity

“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Wednesday, May 9, 2018, reveals Julian (William DeVry) brings Kim (Tamara Braun) a coffee to General Hospital, she hopes he’s there for something else.

Julian Give Kim Parenting Advice

Kim is freaking out because it is supposed to storm, Julian tells her she needs to step back and let Drew (Billy Miller) figure it out. Kim talks to Julian about Oscar (Garren Stitt) and Drew and how different they are. Oscar idolizes Drew and she afraid he will put pressure on himself. Kim ask Julian what she should do. Julian tells her to support her son no matter what he chooses to do.

Oscar Hides His Injury

General Hospital’s Joss (Eden McCoy) calls Oscar and wants to know if he told Drew about last night. Drew shows up to meet Oscar and brings lunch. Drew asks if Joss isn’t into hiking. Oscar gets up to begin their hike and cries out, he needs to tell Drew something. Oscar hurt his knee last night and didn’t tell his mom, Drew wants him to see a doctor and they need to call Kim. Oscar wants to talk for a while first, Drew questions about what, anything he replies. Oscar wishes Drew had his memories so he could give advice on being a teenager & dating. Oscar questions why Drew doesn’t try to get his memories back. Drew says there have been too many obstacles. Oscar would like to learn more of his Dad’s past.
Drew admits it’s time to try to recover his memories.

Carly Agrees To Get Along Better With Nelle

General Hospital’s Carly (Laura Wright) cancels her appointment with Kevin. Joss questions Carly about her medication & the guardianship papers from Nelle. Joss feels Nelle has changed & claims to be getting closer with Michael. Carly starts to call Michael but Joss talks her out of it. Carly finally agrees to try to get along better with Nelle.

Michael And Sonny Doubt Carly’s Sanity

General Hospital’s Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Michael (Chad Duell) are at the gym discussing Carly. Michael wants to know how to help Carly because it’s escalating things with Nelle. Michael doesn’t care if Nelle is playing him. Sonny says Nelle isn’t the problem, Carly walks in and says I am and I can’t believe this. Carly goes off on them but ends up apologizing. Carly tells Sonny she is doing better and not even dreaming about Morgan. Sonny and Carly make plans to go to Puerto Rico. Carly leaves for the shower.

Nelle Has A Proverbial Slip

General Hospital’s Nelle gives Ava (Maura West) a gift for her shower that will make Carly’s head explode. Ava wants to know what Nelle is planning. Ava tells Nelle if Avery is in danger, she is leaving. Nelle lets it slip that she is haunting Carly. Ava tells Nelle that she will be dealing with her if Avery gets hurt. Nelle plays on Ava’s hatred for Sonny.

A Shower To Remember

General Hospital’s Brad (Parry Shen) shows up at the gallery and wants a duck painting for the baby’s room. Brad says Ava’s price is too high and declines. Brad knows Nelle is lying about trying to get along with Carly. Nelle invites Brad to the shower at 2 p.m., it’s going to be a shower to remember. Ava wants to know how far Nelle is going to take things today.

Talk To Sam And Lucas For Me

General Hospital’s Lucas (Ryan Carnes) comes up to Kim and Julian, he needs Kim to look at an ultrasound which turns out fine. Julian says he will do everything he can to prove himself worthy of being a grandfather to his baby, Lucas is not impressed. Julian wants Kim to talk to Lucas and Sam (Kelly Monaco) for him.

You Need To See A Doctor

General Hospital’s Oscar and Drew walk in and Kim obvious thinks Drew got him hurt. Kim wants to know why Oscar didn’t tell her last night that he hurt his knee. Drew apologizes for not calling immediately but they were talking. Kim admits to freaking out a little, Julian leaves and Drew will be right there, he calls Andre first.

Coupons Anyone

General Hospital’s Michael and Joss meet and talk about Carly. Brad and Lucas are there too, Joss has coupons for all three dads for babysitting. Lucas tells Brad this gift isn’t going to jinx things.
