EastEnders Spoilers: Hayley Wants To Give Up Her Baby, Jean Slater Pushed To Breaking Point

Two is better than one, but three is a crowd. This could be true with Hayley Slater (Katie Jarvis) who is on and off about her newborn baby. If you have given up your freedom too soon and have a baby only to be hidden from everyone, you would probably understand how Hayley must have felt as a young mother.

Previously on EastEnders, Hayley agreed with the idea that the father’s identity will be unknown, and no one will find out of their baby Cherry. But, Hayley seemed to get tired of Alfie’s (Shane Richie) demeanors, especially how he handles things between them. Hayley must have grown so stressed and adamant about the thought that Alfie still had to spend time with his wife Kat, (Jessie Wallace) while both her and Cherry will be his second priority. She surely doesn’t want to spend all hers and her baby’s life being with Alfie only when everyone’s back is turned. After all, nobody wants to live a secret life.

Hayley’s sudden decision to give up Cherry must have caused Alfie to be frightened. Actually, it’s a threat to Alfie’s reputation, especially when Hayley finally reveals their secret family affair.

Although Alfie wants to be part of their baby’s life, he, still, must be very afraid of the consequences. Hayley’s moving out of the Slater house with Cherry must have been the very signal for him to get his act together.

EastEnders’ avid viewers are now looking forward to the decision Alfie has to make. Will he fight for his secret baby or will he give her up? Will he choose Hayley or will he save his marriage?

To add to her stressing situation, Jean is tasked with running the local Walford Choir after Ian Beale turned it over to her due to mismanagement. Her stress climbs up a notch again after learning that their choir missed the deadline to join a competition. Not only that, but she also became a victim of an attempted mugging that left her shaken definitely for the most part of her day. Needless to say, Jean has too much on her plate that she already needs a rescue.
