ITV released an official statement in The Mirror, expressing their condolences. “Our thoughts are with the family as they mourn the passing of a wonderful person. And together with our audience we also mourn the passing of a very special actor.”
It’s truly a sad day for Corrie fans and Doreen’s family. Keough was a part of Coronation Street’s rich history and her legacy will live on.
