Coronation Street Spoilers: The End Of The Road Is Near For Pat Phelan

It looks like Weatherfield’s most notorious villain is about to take his final bow. In fact, Coronation Street spoilers tease that Pat Phelan’s (Connor McIntyre) days are about to come to an end.

Apparently, Pat panics when he realizes that someone might discover the fact that he murdered both Andy Carver and Vinny Ashford. He thinks that the bodies might be unearthed when the lake is drained. That’s when he works to move the dead bodies into a column in the foundations of the mill.

That’s when things go from bad to worse: as the column fills with cement, Pat accidentally drops his phone and tries to climb in. He finds himself trapped as the cement rises. He’s then knocked unconscious when the scaffolding collapses.

Connor McIntyre, who plays Pat on the hit ITV soap, recently told Britain’s Metro.co.uk, “Phelan gets the bodies out of the water, drags them across planks and across staging to get them in to this footings so it’s a proper night’s work. It’s a real job to get it done but at that point he thinks that the job is done.”

Connor also pointed out that Pat never thought that he would end up dying in such a freak accident. This entire time he’s worked so hard to cover his tracks only for this to happen to him!

He added, “To see him in that moment he thinks, wow this could be it. He is incredulous. In the same poetic ways that the bodies are going, he is going to be entombed in the concrete as well!”

Coronation Street airs weeknights on the ITV network in Britain and is available on Britbox in the United States.
