The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Lily Makes Nick An Offer – Billy Ready To Lead Her In Wrong Direction?

Lily (Christel Khalil) is out of sorts on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) behavior created that reaction, but doesn’t justify any impulsive actions she may take. Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) will soon be primed to lead Lily in the wrong direction. He’s Billy and that’s expected.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) heard what Lily had to say about her feelings, but he’s committed to Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) at the moment. He’s also not in Billy’s position, which is once again conflicted.

Y&R viewers recently saw what appeared to be a spark of chemistry between Lily and Billy inside Brash and Sassy’s small office. Billy maintained a hug a bit too long, which suggested that he’s open to connecting with the soon-to-be former Mrs. Ashby.

‘Lane’ fans are not happy that the couple they loved is now gone. Lily’s divorce request ended that pairing. However, supporters of this duo will acknowledge that when faced with a somewhat similar scenario, Cane didn’t seek divorce and resisted Michael’s (Christian Le Blanc) attempts to pair him with Lauren (Tracey Bregman).

Lily was cavorting with Joe (Scott Elrod) a few years ago, as hardcore fans recall. Genoa City’s famous attorney thought he was less than a man at that time and wanted Lauren to be with someone strong. Cane withstood that temptation, while also forgiving Lily and restoring their marriage.

It appeared as though Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) was in line to be Lily’s next significant other and he still may be. But Y&R has seemingly put that development on hold. Mal Young’s writing team may make a determination in this regard soon.

Vickie’s (Amelia Heinle) hospitalization might be a head-fake. It surely will draw Billy to the side of his multiple time wife and mother of his children. However, she’ll be out of commission during a period of time when he’s on the outs with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni).

So, will it be “Hello Lily”, or might she seek Billy out?
