The Young and the Restless Wedding Shocker: A Genoa City Couple Elopes

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that fans will be hearing about wedding bells – and lots of it! As a matter of fact, two major couples allegedly tied the knot, as both Phyllis and Billy and Nick and Chelsea eloped.

Apparently, things got more than just a little boozy on Bourbon Street in New Orleans on their couples getaway. Phyllis and Billy along with Nick and Chelsea are keeping two major secrets from everyone when they arrive back to Genoa City. The two couples got so drunk on their trip that they actually eloped in a double wedding that they are now hiding from everyone else.

As many soap viewers know, the truth about the two weddings will come out sooner rather than later. As a matter of fact, both couples end up doing a post-wedding walk of shame as they head towards the Abbott Family private plane. It’s without a doubt that Genoa City will be rocked by this major secret.

Of course, it won’t take long for Billy to come clean with the truth. But the timing couldn’t come at a worse moment for Jack, considering his current situation with Dina. Billy is worried that Jack might lash out at him, especially when he finds out that he’s now married to his ex-wife. That’s why Billy and Phyllis are willing to do whatever it takes to keep their marriage a secret. Meanwhile, Nick is determined to talk to Chelsea about their future. Phyllis also refers to Chelsea and Nick as their partners in crime, before Billy adds “and their partners in…”
