The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday November 7: Billy and Cane Arrested – Dina Battles Gloria – Hilary Gets Dirt

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, November 7, tease that Devon (Bryton James) will be a bit distracted. At the athletic club, Neil (Kristoff St. John) struggles to keep Devon’s attention at a table. Devon is more interested in locking eyes with Hilary (Mishael Morgan) across the room.

Nevertheless, Neil finally gets Devon focused on their current topic. He admits he’d like to find a new passion, so Devon pushes him to serve as the CEO of a new PR firm they obtained. When Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) hears the news, she thinks Neil needs a style makeover. Chelsea and Devon agree that it wouldn’t hurt for Neil to look a little edgier.

After receiving another threat from Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood), Hilary takes action. She recruits Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) to keep Jordan busy while she searches his room. Phyllis takes the job and quickly seduces Jordan at the bar. She convinces him to come back to her apartment for some fun.

Upstairs, Hilary rummages around and finds a box in the fireplace. She’s pleased when she sees all Jordan’s of fake identification and secret documents. Meanwhile, Lily (Christel Khalil) tries to have a divorce discussion with the twins. A frustrated Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) checks out of the chat and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) rants about what waste this split is.

At the Chancellor mansion, Billy (Jason Thompson) is surprised to see Juliet (Laur Allen). He learns she’s living there and notes that he’ll be living there for a while as well. Cane (Daniel Goddard) walks in and Billy takes a few jabs at him. However, Cane refuses to get into another confrontation. He mentions how Billy saved the twins and they try to move on.

Cane and Billy throw back alcohol as they talk about their romantic problems. After they’re thoroughly drunk, Cane calls for a couple cabs so they can win back the women they love. Later, Cane ends up at Lily’s place. He can barely slur his sentences out as he begs Lily to take him back. Cane is eventually picked up by the cops.

At Phyllis’ apartment, Jordan pulls her in close as they start to slow dance. Suddenly, Billy arrives and pounds on the door. Phyllis reluctantly lets him in so the neighbors will stop griping. Billy sees Jordan and hobbles over with his crutches. He throws a punch and falls when Jordan steps out of the way.

When the police arrive, Billy acknowledges his drunkenness. He declares his love for Phyllis before he’s locked up next to Cane. At home, Lily gazes at a photo of herself with Cane. Jordan has a different idea in mind as he looks at a pic of himself with Lily.

At Jabot, Dina (Marla Adams) manages to cause more trouble. Jack (Peter Bergman) rages over the way his mother raised wholesale prices. Dina contends that John (Jerry Douglas) wouldn’t be proud of the way Jack does business. She insists this isn’t a charity, so Jack needs to up his game.

Gloria (Judith Chapman) defends Jack, but gets an earful for doing it. An irritated Dina calls Gloria a floozy. She suggests that Gloria’s only talent happens between the sheets. Gloria insults Dina right back and Jack finally sends his mom off the premises. He adjusts the prices and worries about Dina’s mental state.
