General Hospital fans will recall that Stabile played the part of Nikolas Cassadine when Tyler Christopher took a leave from the soap opera, and eventually never returned.

Stabile quickly won over ABC soap fans, and when Tyler announced he wasn’t returning and had joined the DOOL cast, fans began campaigning to make Stabile their full time Nikolas Cassadine. Sadly, Nik was killed off and the issue was mute, although there are always whispers that he may be resurrected from the dead.
In the mean time, Nick Stabile became a married man, and he tweeted a snapshot of himself and his beautiful wife posing on the beach. Congratulations Nick from all of us at Soap Opera Spy!
