General Hospital spoilers tease, “Here Comes The Drama!” ABC has released a hot new promo video for the daytime drama, and all hell is breaking loose in Port Charles…and in Russia.

General Hospital’s all new preview video shows fan favorite Steve Burton, without a mask, and Patient 6 appears to be escaping from the medical clinic while alarms are sounded.

In other GH spoiler news, Michael Corinthos and Nelle Hayes appear to be on the verge of a break-up over her past. Also, Alexis Davis seems to be all fired up while talking with daughter Sam Morgan.

Most interestingly from the new promo, Franco appears to have convinced Scott Baldwin that there may be two Jason Morgan’s running around. Interesting…
