General Hospital: Sam's Christmas Nightmare - She’s Torn Between Jason And DrewGeneral Hospital spoilers indicate that Sam (Kelly Monaco) might not be having a very good holiday season. According to General Hospital head writer Shelly Altman, Sam is realizing that she might be in love with both men at the same time. As many people who have been keeping up with the twin memory swap storyline, that is going to be a huge problem in the coming weeks. Sam will be forced to choose between the two men.

She told ABC Soaps in Depth, “She loves her past and she loves her present. She has children with both Jason and Drew. And even though nobody is forcing her to make a choice, there’s one that ultimately has to be made.”
Even after it was revealed that Patient Six was the real Jason Morgan, Sam stood by her husband. However, her future is still up in the air. That’s because Jason has hinted that he still has feelings for Sam and would like to see them together.

Shelly added, “Jason understands that life went on during the five years he was gone. He gave Sam his Thanksgiving gift by saying, ‘I will not pressure you. I will not say that you should choose me. I will back off and accept whatever decision you make.”
