‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday June 21: Hilary Wants Jack – Billy Professes Love For Phyllis – Victoria Has Change of Heart

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, June 21, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will offer reassurance to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). At home, he professes his love and Phyllis admits she can’t get enough of him. Billy heads out to buy some groceries as well as some brownies from Crimson Lights.
At the athletic club, Devon (Bryton James) fills Lily (Christel Khalil) in on the fact that they could be going to prison. Nearby, Neil (Kristoff St. John) attempts to explain his actions to Jack (Peter Bergman). He states that he didn’t force Hilary (Mishael Morgan) to keep her mouth shut. She was more than willing to blackmail him.

Elsewhere, Hilary gives Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) updates on what she told Jack. Dr. Neville grows concerned about the potential of being locked up. He still needs to fix the protocol. Hilary puts the blame on Ashley. Later, Ashley begs Jack to keep quiet. Neil isn’t the only person he needs to consider.

Jack isn’t sure he can just look the other way. Ashley mentions Lily, Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Dr. Neville. She reminds Jack that Dr. Neville has patients to treat. Their lives are at stake as well. Meanwhile, Neil indicates that he isn’t optimistic as he chats with Dr. Neville and Lily. He feels like the day of reckoning has finally arrived. Neil considers turning himself in to protect everyone else involved.

In a suite, Devon grills Hilary about why she spilled the truth. He can tell that she was trying to make herself look better in Jack’s eyes. Devon realizes he can’t defend Hilary anymore. Her actions have hurt him deeply. Devon heads back downstairs and admits he’s seen the light. Ashley suggests Neil should hold off on making a confession. They need to hear what Jack has decided first.

Jack enters Hilary’s suite and suggests he’ll stay tight-lipped. Hilary fills Jack in on her fight with Devon and announces that she doesn’t need anyone. She shoves Jack back in the hallway. Jack urges Hilary not to shut him out. Hilary listens to Jack’s plea and flashes a sly grin.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Travis (Michael Roark) will have a chat with Summer (Hunter King) and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva). At Crimson Lights, Summer says she’s sorry she wasn’t very friendly during their last meeting. Travis brings up his latest issue with Victoria (Amelia Heinle). They don’t see eye to eye on spinning things in the media.

Billy pops in and Summer introduces him to Travis. Once Travis is gone, Billy learns he’s Victoria’s boyfriend. However, Summer suggests there’s still room for Billy to jump in. Travis and Victoria are already having problems. Billy brushes off the idea. Luca backs up Summer and contends that Victoria’s romance won’t last long.

At Newman Enterprises, Victoria shares her doubts about spinning that press story. Nick (Joshua Morrow) figures out that Travis was the reason and thinks he’s good for Victoria. Nick believes she should fight for her new love. Faith surprises Nick and they embrace. She says she’s been missing him and wants him to know he’s not alone.

Back at Billy’s place, Phyllis notices some missed calls from Jack. She calls him and he wearily tells her goodnight. Billy comes back and Phyllis considers leaving. She mulls it over and ultimately decides to stay. Meanwhile, Victoria shows up at Hank’s bar to see Travis. She hints that she wants to hold herself to a higher standard, even if she can’t change her family’s background.

Travis mentions running into Billy earlier. He wants to know why they broke up. Victoria feels like Billy has a problem when it comes to telling the truth. She’s ready for something fresh with Travis. He seems satisfied and they begin kissing passionately.

How long can Travis and Victoria make this work? Y&R rumors hint that more obstacles lie ahead. Stay tuned to watch them face bad news and devastating blows.
