The Young and the Restless star Jason Thompson’s [Billy Abbott] baby boy Bowie Banjo is growing up WAY too fast.  It seems like just yesterday the former General Hospital actor announced that his wife Paloma Jonas was pregnant with their first child together.  Now, Bowie is toddling around in the snow with a little help from his proud mom.  check out the adorable video below!
