‘General Hospital’ News: Lisa LoCicero Gives Birth to Baby Girl – Check Out the Details on New Daughter Verity Marion!

The latest “General Hospital” news reveals that Lisa LoCicero, who plays Olivia on GH, has a new addition to the family. According to Soap Opera Digest, LoCicero gave birth to a daughter on May 30. LoCicero and her husband, Michael Patrick Jann, were thrilled to welcome Verity Marion Jann home on June 1. It’s easy to see how excited they are from LoCicero’s recent tweet about their bundle of joy. LoCicero tweeted “Too happy to look at my phone screen these days” and that their baby was “absolutely perfect.” Little Verity weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces. LoCicero and Jann are also proud parents to Lukas, 13. It sounds like Verity was worth the wait!

Everyone is glad LoCicero’s delivery went off without a hitch. Back in November 2014, LoCicero gave a “General Hospital” interview with Soap Opera Digest that hinted at her fears about her pregnancy. LoCicero said “Without being a downer, I do kind of want to say that at my age, you’re never really out of the woods. That’s kind of the unfortunate reality.” LoCicero was even slightly hesitant to confirm that she was expecting. “To say it at all, until there’s a healthy baby in my arms, it’s a little bit nerve-wracking,” LoCicero said.
