The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily Warns Gossip Queen – Hilary Told Jordan in Play

Lily (Christel Khalil) told Hilary (Mishael Morgan) not to be too sure about Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Mrs. Ashby knows that Mr. Wilde is in play now that she’s put Cane (Daniel Goddard) out of the house and possibly, her romantic life.

Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) rightly told the ‘Gossip Queen’ to get lost earlier in the episode. It appeared that Hilary was actually being genuine, as she’s prone to do when the spirit moves her. But when someone spreads dirt as often as Hilary has she won’t be trusted.

Hilary encouraged Juliet (Laur Allen) to sue Brash and Sassy. The lie Miss Helton told about Cane cost him his job. But ‘Lane’ fans and Cane fans must admit that Goddard’s character was responsible for his actions.

Cane did what he did, then covered it up. But he still was given some rope by his wife. However, the exact instant Cane stole $25,000 from the twin’s school fund he sealed his fate. Can’t blame Juliet, or Hilary for that one mate.

Juliet didn’t force him to do anything in Tokyo. Did she take advantage of the situation at that time and since? The first part of that answer remains murky, but the second is not.

While Hilary didn’t know Juliet wasn’t telling the truth about the harassment claim, she also didn’t care at the time, or now. That was Lily’s point, more or less.

Sure Jordan likes Hilary. She’s appealing on the outside. Fireflies are pretty in the summer, but then by fall they’re gone.

Hilary has already tested his patience. Most recently by auditioning for a commercial that she knew Lily wanted. Yet it seems likely that Jordan’s focus will shift whenever Lily allows him to pursue her.

So will Jordan exchange a headache for a woman who warms his heart? That seems increasingly likely. All Jordan needs is one go signal and Hilary will no longer be trending in his mind.
