‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Teresa Castillo Reveals Sabrina Santiago Might Return Without Her Baby!

‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that Teresa Castillo will be back on the ABC soap as Sabrina Santiago some time in May, Castillo has confirmed she will be returning from her maternity leave in late April to start filming.  ‘GH‘ fans can’t wait to have the popular character Sabrina Santiago back on the canvas – she has been MIA with Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) since December, and she even gave birth to her baby boy while she and Carlos were on the run.

Last month Sabrina sent her BFF Felix a letter letting her know she she had her baby boy and he was healthy – and she included a photo of the newborn.  After the ‘General Hospital’ episode aired on ABC, Teresa Castillo took to social media and revealed that the baby in the photo was her real-life son Sebastian, and he had just made his acting debut!

‘General Hospital’ spoilers have teased that Sabrina Santiago is headed back to Port Charles – but the actress has been coy about whether or not her son Sebastian will be appearing on any more episodes of the soap opera, or if there will be a baby at all.  In the recent issues of ABC Soaps In Depth, Castillo teased, “I’m not sure if Sabrina will have the baby with her or not when she returns.  The fans might be upset if she loses this baby too.  So well see.”
