Victoria And Audra Negotiate At A Restaurant Table
It looks like Victoria and Audra are at a restaurant table as they attempt to negotiate a deal.
Victoria asks Audra how much does she want for the patents, and Audra appears to be playing hardball.
Audra responds that Victoria is going to have to give her something much more interesting than just money to get her to budge!
The Newmans had been trying to get the businesses back that they’d lost in the chaos of the past few months, and that includes patents on various products. It’s obvious that Audra is being extra obnoxious and making things harder than they should be.
Jack Makes A Promise To Billy
In the meantime, Jack makes a promise to Billy, and he’s trying extra hard to accommodate-he tells his little brother he has an offer for him. He tells Billy that he is prepared to offer up a small fortune to prove how much he believes in him.
Jack is talking about starting a whole new company that will be all Billy’s. Longtime fans of The Young and The Restless will remember that Billy has made a lot of messes in his life, and that includes quite a few businesses.
Can Jack convince Billy to give this new business a try, hopefully to finally prove himself to the rest of the family?
Michael Checks In On Nick
Elsewhere, Michael checks in on Nick, who’s been having a rough time since entering rehab; Michael asks him if he’s okay.
Nick answers in the affirmative, saying “Yeah, thank you; thank you for making sure that finally something went right! Then he hugs Michael-but does Michael know what went wrong earlier, with Marie Kirkland’s (Jade Harlow) husband Logan (uncredited) possibly dead on the floor?
Logan and Marie had been fighting-a frequent occurrence, according to Marie. Then when Nick came back in the room after leaving them some privacy, he returned to find him down!
Patty Shocks Matt
In the meantime, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) probably thought he was rid of Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) for good when she was put back in the maximum security mental hospital.
Yet, here she is in his room to shock him again, hair in pigtails, and a quick look in the mirror to primp! Matt asks, “Patty, what are you doing here? How did you get out?” But Patty can’t tell him, it’s a big secret; in fact, if she told him, she’d have to kill him!
