It’s obvious that the show has pivoted away reuniting Victoria and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), but Claire could still try to push them back together. Claire knows Nate and Victoria have a strong bond, so she might play matchmaker with disastrous results.
Nate seems far more interested in Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) these days, so this could work for his storyline, too. If Claire plays Cupid for Nate and Victoria, it might force Nate to take a closer look at his feelings for Stephanie and be honest about them.
Regardless, Kyle could get jealous if a matchmaker plot gets underway for Victoria. Claire might nudge Victoria toward Nate or even set her mom up with someone new instead.
If Claire applies some dating app pressure or tries to arrange a blind date for Victoria, it may lead to some awkwardness. Kyle’s erupting jealousy might make his secret encounters with Victoria even hotter, so that’s worth keeping in mind!
