Y&R 3 Must-See Moments – Week Of Jan 12-16

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal there are three must-see moments for the week of January 12, 2026. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has a proposition for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gloats to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Plus, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) discovers a secret about Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). Keep reading, and let’s talk about what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Phyllis Summers Gloats

Let’s start off with Phyllis and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). The tycoon is about to make Phyllis’ dreams come true. The pair go to see Victor as they have some news to share.

While Cane stands back and crosses his arms, saying nothing, Phyllis starts gloating. The woman will declare to Victor that they now have control of Newman Enterprises and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

That explains why Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) have to do damage control at Newman Enterprises.

Jack Abbott Baffled

Meanwhile, Jack will be baffled by Victor refusing his offer. The man even asks Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) what could be more important to Victor than saving his family from a psychopath. Nikki honestly doesn’t know, but she’s about to find out!

Nick Newman’s Panicked Proposition

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Nick is in the hospital after the car crash. The man had to have surgery and is now trying to recover.

Despite the medication, Nick will want updates on the Matt situation. When he is told that Jack brought Matt to the ranch, but Victor refused the deal, Nick will take swift action.

Nick ends up turning to Jack for help. So, that sounds like the patient leaves the hospital against medical advice. Not only could Jack help Nick, but he will be a hero to the Newman family. As for Victor, he could have some serious backlash coming.

Noah Newman’s Discovery

As for Noah, he makes some kind of discovery about Matt. I wonder if this piece of information could be a valuable bargaining chip. Perhaps Matt has a child out there that he cares about? 

On the other hand, Noah’s discovery about Matt could be that Victor refused Jack’s deal. Noah nearly lost his life due to the villain, and he’s worried about Sienna Bacall’s (Tamara Braun) safety. So, Noah will have some serious issues with Victor turning Jack down.
