Is It True? Will Dr. Nick Marsh Suffer A Brutal Fate In ‘Grey’s Anatomy’s’ Upcoming Finale?
Whenever you get a premonition that something bad is going to happen to one of your favorite characters, you just feel like you’re sitting on the edge of your seat.
And for a drama that has thrashed us for all 22 seasons of it, we are sadly not yet numb to what it means to see a beloved character meet a painful end.
One of the first signs that we had that Scott Speedman’s ‘Grey Anatomy’ character may be exiting the show soon was when he started starring in ABC’s ‘RJ Decker,’ where he quickly found success.
While we were clued in by this that his exit is likely eminent, we weren’t really sure about the means by which he would finally say goodbye to the four walls of the iconic hospital.
That is, until a trailer released to show him being wheeled into the hospital in a stretcher. And now, fans are panicking over the old chap’s fate in the upcoming finale.
“Things have happened, like they do at that hospital in Seattle. So things happen, but we’ll see what happens with Nick’s fate for sure,” Speedman, not caring for whatever fans are going through, teased.
However, he seemed to leave some clue in the choice of word he used to describe his return: “exiciting.” If something’s exciting, then it’s not sad, right? But then again, being wheeled into a hospital is not “exciting,” by any stretch of the imagination.
Speaking on the “tricky” timing of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’s’ filming with his con-currently running ABC show, Speedman confirmed that, whilst it wasn’t the easiest thing to pull off, he was able to get in to film his part in ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’
“I was able to get back to do an episode for the season finale of Grey’s, and that was very fun and exciting. We were able to do it pretty quickly and then jump back on a plane and get back to R.J.-land. So it’s tricky but doable,” he revealed.
