Michelle shared her thoughts on Instagram and wrote, “I feel like so many people are living on autopilot lately. Just rushing through life without actually stopping to feel it.”

“To hear the birds, feel the wind, take photos of all the beautiful flowers (it’s me) or really take inventory of how blessed they are in this exact moment.”

She then continued, “If life feels light for you right now…your body is healthy, and your days feel easy and carefree…be grateful for that. Slow down a little. Be present. Appreciate your life. And be a good human while you’re here.”

Of course, many of her fans and followers commented on the subject, too. Some even wrote, “I love your posts. You’re a beautiful person, inside and out.”

Michelle Lundstrom Wants Fans To Stay Positive

Another fan wrote, “I felt the same way today when I walked outside. The birdies were singing away, it was beautiful day feeling very blessed.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I am 100 percent grateful for my life!! I hope what you just shared will be an inspiration for many as it’s so beautiful!! God bless you!”

Back in March, Michelle also said there was one thing she never wanted to change about her husband, Steve.

While everyone knows that Jason Morgan absolutely loves his black shirts that he wears on almost a daily basis on General Hospital, it looks like Steve Burton is no different in real life – and that’s a detail that his wife doesn’t mind at all about him!

In fact, Michelle shared several new photos of her and Steve along with their kids and yes, he was wearing his signature black shirt in the photos. Not only that, but Michelle said in the comments section that it’s the one thing she loves the most about her husband.
