General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, June 23 tease Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) opens up, while Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) barters.
Plus, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) learns a secret, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gives some advice!

Dante Opens Up
After learning Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) location from “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey), Dante opens up to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about his and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) plans.
Dante tells Elizabeth, obviously referring to Lulu, that if she’d just come to him from the start, they wouldn’t be in that position!
Instead, Lulu got fake passports made in a plan to go on the run with Rocco only Rocco decided to go with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) first!
So now they’re having to go to the address “Nathan” gave them after much arguing, and hope that Britt and Rocco haven’t moved on by the time they get there!
Lucy Barters
In the meantime, Lucy is with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) in the Quartermaine kitchen, bartering for repayment for her “favor”!
Lucy had gone to the PCPD and gave a tip about Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) in person, related to possibly being the driver who left the scene of the Ashford accident.
This had been Brook Lynn’s idea, to cast suspicion on the congresswoman as the person in the black German made car who passed by Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Tanisha Harper, Donnell Turner) in their distress.
But now Lucy wants payback for that favor, telling Brook Lynn “It’s only fair you give me something of equal value in return!”
Laura Learns A Secret
Elsewhere, Laura learns a secret as Lulu likely tells her Dante’s and her plans to go look for Rocco and rescue him, possibly revealing the address Nathan gave them.
She warns her mother she cannot tell anyone what she is about to tell her, and obviously, Laura will totally understand why-she’ll probably ask her to take Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) while they’re gone.
“Nathan” already warned them not to make phone calls and the standard protocol for going anywhere without being tracked.
Considering Dante was on a deep cover mission for the WSB and Lulu lived a lot of her childhood on the run, that’s something they already know!
Sonny’s Advice
In the meantime, Sonny gives advice to Ava Jerome (Maura West) about Ethan Lovett, (Nathan Dean), after Ava and Ethan didn’t get off on the right foot, to say the least!
Sonny assures her he’s not going anywhere until he gets his revenge-and the subject of that revenge is Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Ethan wanted to go after Sidwell from the get-go, and even asked to be his assassin for Sonny, knowing Sonny wanted to take him down as well.
But, a nice way of putting it is that Ethan and Ava have “personality conflicts” or at least they have so far-will Ava listen to her daughter’s father?
