General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, August 24 tease Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) gets a suspicious surprise, while Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) issues a warning.
Plus, at the WSB field office, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is taken aback over Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) decision.
Key Takeaways
- Lucas battles a mystery intruder.
- Hudson stalks Brook Lynn and Phoebe.
- Willow threatens Tracy.
- Jason grills Valentin.
- Joss questions Brennan’s decision.
Brook Lynn’s Suspicious Surprise
Brook Lynn is out on a walk with Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) when she encounters a suspicious surprise.
Brook Lynn questions Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) and asks, “What are you doing all the way out here?”
Obviously, Hudson is stalking them because he knows Phoebe is Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) daughter-is he looking for an opportunity to retrieve her?
It sure seems like Hudson is making it a point to stalk Brook Lynn when she’s alone with Phoebe, but it seems apparent he’s not her birth father.
However, more than likely he’s connected to whoever is, and that person has a criminal record in Port Charles!
Willow’s Warning
In the meantime, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) appears to be at the door of the Quartermaine gatehouse and Willow gives her a warning.
Tracy continues to check up on and harass her even though Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) wants her where he can keep an eye on her and their kids.
Willow warns, “I don’t think you have any idea of what I’m capable of” as Tracy looks self-satisfied and smug.
Does Tracy think she can prove Willow wrong in her warning, knowing exactly what Willow is capable of?
Anna Has Questions
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is in her office, with Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as she prepares to embark to Dublin, Ireland.
She intends to spend some happily married time with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) who she hasn’t seen in six months, and possibly convince him to come home, along with Ace Cassadine (Kieran and Karis Barry).
Anna has questions-she wants to know who is going to take Laura’s place when she’s gone, considering she doesn’t have a deputy mayor at the time.
That’s a good question, considering no one took Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) place when she took the undercover job with Jenz Sidwell, (Carlo Rota).
Josslyn’s Taken Aback!
In the meantime, Josslyn is in the WSB field office, and she’s taken aback at the contents of a file she’s apparently found-it sounds like she’s talking about her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
She’s taken aback over Jack’s decision, and objects, asking “She cheated on you, why are you doing her a favor?”
Apparently Jack is checking on someone for Carly, and it could be something that affects Josslyn herself, or perhaps it’s something else entirely.
Of course, there is always the chance she checked out that flash drive that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) left her. But if so, Jack is definitely the wrong person to have check out dirt on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart)!
Jason Puts The Pressure On Valentin
At the Metro Court pool, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) puts the pressure on Valentin, as Carly sits by and observes-Valentin tells Jason “This idea was mine, and mine alone”.
Jason is angry as he tells Valentin “Start talking!’
It’s strange that Jason would be angry over something Valentin did, since if it weren’t for him getting Jack’s black box to Z (John Oliver) he’d still be in Jakarta.
True, Josslyn bargained for both Valentin and Jason’s release, Valentin from Steinmauer and Jason from a WSB black site, but Jason wants to know what Valentin did!
Lucas Fights Off An Intruder-He Thinks!
Elsewhere, at the Marina Towers, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) fights off an intruder-he thinks! A voice can be heard, shouting “You!” as another man is trying to come in!
Chances are, Lucas encounters Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) with neither realizing they have a roommate-Lucas signed a lease online, while Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) couldn’t get the lease she had for Joe to work.
It will be interesting to hear their explanations to each other, and Lucy has yet to bring the paper lease for Joe-apparently she couldn’t get the e-lease to come up.
Two men, no furniture as yet, and a doctor rooming with a cop that at least he gets along with. This should be interesting indeed!
