GH Spoilers: Maxie Jones Wakes Up And Dumps Spinelli?

General Hospital viewers have been counting down the days until Maxie Jones woke up from her coma on the ABC soap. 

Kirsten Storms big return is finally here, and the fan fave character is set to wake up this week in the hospital.  A lot has changed since she took a little snooze last April.

Kirsten Storms Returns To GH

Kirsten Storms has been off the canvas since April 2025, when her character was poisoned by Sidwell and nearly died. 

Maxie survived the attack, but has been in a Boston hospital ever since, in a coma.  After Maxie checked in to the hospital, her husband Nathan West made an unexpected return from the dead.  

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) was killed off of General Hospital back in 2018 and soap fans were devastated. 

Widow Maxie mourned the loss of her son’s father and spiraled for a bit.  Eventually she reunited with her first baby-daddy Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). 

GH Spoilers: Maxie & Spinelli’s Relationship Doomed?

Longtime GH viewers appreciated the blast from the past when Maxie and Spinelli reunited.  But, does the super couple stand a chance against Maxie and Nathan’s romance? 

Spinelli has always carried a torch for his first love, but Maxie had no interest in getting back together with him until Nathan West was dead and gone.
